Proportions are a bit wonky and the headlight bezels are all wrong, so hopefully it's just a fiberglass replica and no studebakers were harmed.

In real life it was even more distorted- sort of like the fruit candies: “made with real Studebaker!” Either someone did a lot of fab work warping real Studebaker parts, or just made something similar and slapped a nose-bullet on it
